We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

With regard to canceling or changing orders, you have 12 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel it or request a change. After that, you cannot cancel or change your order for logistical reasons. You have the option to return your order at your own expense once you receive it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We strongly encourage you to request proof of postage and follow our return procedure.

WHAT IS A PROOF OF POSTAGE?

A proof of postage can be proof of package delivery, such as a photo of your order at your post office. We strongly encourage you to take a picture of your proof of deposit in case you lose it.

If we ask for the shipping receipt and you don’t have it, we can’t refund your money.

Damages and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
